So the brake light, battery light, and the check engine light all came on at the same time, and the heater blower stopped. I found a blue harness on the passenger side under the glove box that was melted. Not sure what the harness goes to, I am wandering how to find out what caused the problem

Thanks, I found out it was multi-relay that melted. It was a 4 prong with 5 wires. I was able to get the replacement realy but it did not change anything. I think there is more to this issue that I am unawear of.

2003 trailblazer blower not working

Are you saying the blower motor would run intermittently and then just stopped working? My first thought is faulty blower motor, I've seen faulty blower motors that would run intermittently. Any motor that uses brushes, you can tap on the motor to see if it will start working, that is a sign of bad motor brushes, replace the blower motor. There could be other issues?
Did you check the blower fuse, not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use a test light. Check for applicable hvac trouble codes. With hvac on, check for voltage and ground at blower motor wiring connector, if both are good and no blower action, suspect the blower motor.

My 09 rangers heater starts then stops then starts and stops and will not give me a continous blowing, any ides?

Not giving you a "continous blowing" would indicate that you have an electrical problem. More than likely that problem is within the blower motor itself. Possibly the motor windings are overheating and shutting down the motor. Then after the wires cools down enough, it starts again. I would say replace the blower motor.

When im driving down the road and stop at a red light/stop sign, my air conditioner doesnt do anything. when i take off and driving, it puts col cold air out but not blowing though. is this a fuse or relay...

If the blower is actually not operating i.e. you don't hear the fan motor at all, it is likely a blown fuse. When you stop if the air gets warm, it could be an indication that the system is getting low on freon.

Fan blower stopped working. I have changed the fuse and it has not solved the problem. The fan does not come on at any level.

Sounds like the blower motor, has gone bad, with test light, key and blower motor on, check voltage at blower motor, if you have voltage there, bad blower motor, blower motor sit under dash on passenger side, replace it.

Sounds like your blower motor or blower motor resistor went out.

Air stopped blowing on ac/heater

Check your fuses. If you have a test light, unplug the blower motor, start the car, turn the fan on, if you have power to the blower plug, the blower motor is bad. If no power, if it's not a fuse, check the blower motor resistor. Should be mounted right next to the blower motor. It is inserted into the evaporator box
