What I see base on your information:
1. Fuel . (Including Pump, pressure regulator or may be bad
fuel pump relay too)

Battery light keeps comig on, I replaced my battery but prolem hasnt stopped

The alternator is not working properly. Most likely the diode trio that is inside the alternator is defective. The diode trio transforms AC to DC.

Check your axle seals, cooler lines and fittings And the vent for the transmission.

I have a 99 Pontiac grand am gt that has a good alternator that isn't charging the battery. The wires are connected correctly and the connections are clean and the battery terminals are clean as well....

Have you taken the battery to autozone or someplace and had the battery tested? I would find if you know the alternator is good it must be the battery itself. Might want to try that if you havent already. Good Luck Bro~

My battery light is on, does that mean the altenator is bad or what? The battery is brand new

yes if the battery is new and your light is on that means that the alternator is not charging it while the car is running

make sure that big red wire coming from the altenator isnt broken somewhere, Is the battery going dead when the car sits overnite? or when you are driving it

My 2000 Grand Am se wont start right away. It tries to turn over, but wont ignite. Then, when it does start, it will just stall while idling or driving. Battery connection might be loose, any way to fix...

If your dure its a loose battery connection simple get a rachet with the correct size socket and tighten it up off the battery posts and starter terminals. Word to the wise disconnect the positive battery cable first while then tighten the ones I already mentioned and tighten the positive cable off the post last.
