Question about 2003 Kia Spectra
If you purchased the car new, the key code should appear on your paperwork. If you didn't and you know which dealership originally sold the car, you can contact them, prove that you own the car, and they can supply you with the code. Some manufacturers also post the code on a sticker inside the glove box door.
