After driving for 10 minutes car stops run...
After driving for 10 minutes car stops running. Let it sit for 10 minutes and it starts back up and repeats same problem. Any ideas?

you have a defective EGR valve or a stuck open valve on the purge canister.

1998 Chevy Malibu : Turned key to run position, all gauges on dash spiked up and down. Won't start or crank. Tried changing ignition switch using same key/cylinder but did the same thing. What do I check next? Thanks, Erik
