Where is the fuse box located. radio and cigarette lighter won't work

Open the driver door and look on the interior side wall next to where your left knee would be if you were driving. You will find a fuse box there. Open it and pull out the front/bottom most fuse. Hold it up to the light and see if it is burnt in the center. If it is burnt, replace it with a similar color fuse. If it is not burnt check other fuses in that corner of the box until you find the burnt one. Your stuff should now work again until someone uses the lighter.

Radio, gas gage, and horn not workiing

I would start by finding your fuse panel and looking for a burnt fuse. Usually when two or more electrical features die together it means there is something common to all of them. Get an owner's manual and locate the fuse panel, most likely there is one inside the car and another under the hood. There is generally a cap or lid on the fuse panel which has a map or key on the inside to tell you which fuse is associated with what gadget. I had a Suzuki vitara which had a tendency to blow a fuse if the lighter was used and that burnt fuse would also knock out the cruise, the radio, and power mirrors. The fuses blow for a reason, if you locate a burnt fuse you should try each feature, one by one, until you identify which one blows the fuse again, then either do not use that anymore or replace it as it is bad.

My radio and Cd player quit working on my 98 Acura Cl. Also, the brake light on the passenger side quit working. It isn't the bulb, though.

sounds like you have a burnt fuse locate your vehicles fuse box and check the radios fuse. The tail light not working may be a short if you have power to the drivers side brake light.

Would like to know what the fuses are. i dont have the owners manual and i need to check the radio fuse or fuses

Find the fuse box, they are generally located under the dash near the sterring wheel, but can be in the glove box or elsewhere. the cover to the fuse box should have a diagram of the fuses and what the fuses control. If you are having fuse problems and suspect a burnt fuse and can not find the diagram you will need to pull one fuse at a time inspecting each fuse for a burnt filament, then replacingwith the same amperage fuse as the burnt. Good luck and I hope this ahelps.

Need fuse location for radio in Carrera 2003

You can buy a handy little tool at the parts store for about $5 that tests continuity on fuses (if the fuse is burnt out, there is no continuity). They'll know what you are talking about if you ask, but you will find it with the fuses.

Radio just stopped working

Check the fuse box under the hood. It should be located on the drivers side. Open it up and check around for the radio fuse. Most likely labeled as "ACC" which is short for accessorie. It should be a 15 AMP fuse. Last winter my radio blew out as well and I check the fuse box and replaced the fuse and now it works fine. The fuse was burnt beyond believe though. If you havent already fixed the problem I hope this helps.

Radio quit working

check your manual and locate the fuse for your radio, it may be burnt out. If not that then you more than likely simply need to enter the security code for your radio in. (to do this just call the dealership, they'll be able to talk you through it)

What fuse do i use to replace my radio and where is it located

Just to the left of the brake pedal under the dash is the fuse panel, the fuse for the radio is a 10 amp, the fuse is marked in the panel with the letters ACC below the fuse itself, I doubt this is the problem though as the if this fuse is burnt out many other things besides the radio will not work.
