Question about 2001 Pontiac Grand Am SE
Grand am cruise control "ON" button can be pushed in and indicator light will go on, but this button will not stay pushed in. If i physically hold it in for as long as I want, I can set the cruise and everythign will work fine. Its just that I obviously dont want to have to hold the ON button in the entire time. Any way to fix this so the On button will lock in place like it's supposed to when I press it in?

Try blowing trash out of the unit attached to the steering wheel.Sometimes, this'll eliminate the issue. If not,U may have to replace the unit.
