SOURCE: 2004 hummer h2 leaks water from roof over front

Seal all the lights on top. Mine flooded from the water running down the light harness wires. Used clear rtv sealant and fixed it. You will have to remove the seal the two larger lights on the corners.

2004 H2 sometimes when I go to my hummer the back end has sunk down. it pumps up as soon as I stat it

Either you have an air line leak or one of your shocks are leaking air. Soapy water can be used to check both problems. Put soapy water on the air line connections and if there are bubbles then that connection is leaking. If you don't find any air line leaks then put soapy water around the shaft goes into the body of the shock and again if you have air bubbles that shock is leaking. It is always best to replace shocks in pairs. In other word replace all of the shocks on an axel even if you just have to replace one. Please rate my answer for helpfulness.

Roof leak water comes in on passenger side

This could be a coulple things. Try putting a piece of paper or dollar bill in top of doors either front or back where ever the water is coming in. Shut the door and the paper should not pull through. If does just open the door and put you window down, please your knee by inside handle of the door and pull the top in a little. Keep doing this little at a time until is tight. Also check the weatherstrips they may need replaced.

Water leaking from roof area of 2004 H2 Hummer ,lights ,door and sunroof

this was actually a common problem with the early models. you should take it back to the dealership where a technician will perfrom a "tsb" on the drain channels that run through the "A" pillar. they got pinched during assembly. best case it might be clogged with dirt in which case you can blow through these channels yourself with compressed air. they are located in the front corners of the sunroof channel while open. good luck. 2004 Hummer H2 leaking water on passenger floor

never worked on a hummer but rule of the day is that there always is a drain on the firewall on the engine side. usually a small rubber hose about two inches long direced downward. Usually you can stick your finger in there and clear it out. Don't shove anything hard into it or you can punch a hole in the evaporator core.

1995 H1 Problem

hi raymond,

it could just be the overflow of the air conditioning. it could just be plain water which is the water condensate from the air conditioner.

look at the engine compartment firewall, find that hose and insert a long stick that can be inserted and you might un clogged the drain line.

if you are loosing coolant from the thing you are saying and you are definite that it is coolant water and not just plain water, then the heater core could have gone bad and leaking and you need to bring it down for repair or replacement.

have you been adding water to your radiator every time you use the car? if not, then im 90 percent it could just be a clogged air conditioning drain.

tnx 4 using fixya,
