Every time the RPM rise but no power start with vacuum leak. Start the engine and listen for vacuum leak. The car is equipt with air flow sensor and if air buypas the sensor the engine loses power

This could be an oxygen sensor, a mass air flow sensor or the idle air speed motor.

My 95 tahoe has an occasional ticking noise, loss of oil pressure at idle and loss of power

Prognosis is really bad, hate to tell you. Ticking comes from the valve lifters, losing lubrication due to lack of pressure and running dry. At redlights, when revs are at idle, oil pressure drops a lot, and engine really suffers. Have the vehicle taken immediately to a shop for proper diagnose and to see if engine can still be saved. The loss of power comes from the valves not actuating properly. Hydraulic lifters need oil at a decent pressure to "charge" , and if not charged, they will stay compressed, ruining valve lifting operation.

The idle is very high when i go from park to drive it is very hard ****. and the gears are not shifting the same its winding out . and does not go in to passing gear and using a lot of fuel my first...

Check the vacuum lines, intake, and the idle/air control valve. This can cause a loss in power and fuel economy. The transmission issue sounds like it is either slipping or you have a faulty shift solenoid.

Automatic Transmission shifting problems.

i had the same thing...It's the transmission. It's REALLY noticeable shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. I was able to get my transmission fixed for 900 bux. That wasn't even a replacement so i can imagine how much it would cost to get it replaced. The shifting will get worse. By the end of my "experience" it wouldn't shift from 1st to 2nd for about 5 minutes until i drove it around for a bit. THen it would "warm up" to the idea of shifting to 2nd gear.

2000 ISUZU TROOPER WITH AUTO TRANSMISSION. CHECK

If the fluid is up -
it could be a vacume loss or the shifting module..
The shifting module is what tells it to shift - and it is controled by vacume pressure..

1990 toyota 22re high idle and surge between shifting

You have extra air leaking into the intake manifold that mimicks a throttle that is open further than it really is. Check for vacuum leaks.

High idle@14000 and rpm surge between shifting to 25000

you could have a vacuum leak that is mimicking a throttle that is open further than it really is. Also could be timing that is too far advanced.
