Question about 1991 Saturn SL1
I purchased a 2001 Saturn SL1 used. The seller said the airbag had been disabled because he didn't like airbags. The airbag light on the instrument panel is lit. Also, the horn will not work. The Saturn dealership said that the two were somehow related. The wanted $85 just to check it out and could run in to the hundreds to fix.
I was wondering if there is a fuse that has been pulled to "disable" the airbags???
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much,
There is a fuse for the airbag. If there is an owners manual for the car, look in that, it will show where the fuse is. On some cars it is in the fuse box under the hood.
