Sounds like a push rod is bent. Unbolt the tube that all the rocker arms pivot on and check all the push rods.

Didnt put master cylinder rod in pushed brake down now wont come back up

The master cylinder has springs in it to return the piston. The piston pushes the rod and the rod returns the pedal. Just put the rod in and it should work

Ball joint bolt fell out upper in 2007 GMC Envoy

Upper ball joint? That's not related to the job of replacing a tie rod or tie rod end. It's also not related to the brake job.

It's an '07 and it had a bolt-in ball joint? That's not factory - it's been replaced before.

Clutch troubles and remedies

Sounds like to me that your return spring on the linkage is either not connected or it is connected wrong. That would be my first check point.

2003 santa fa wont start, the dash board lights are on and the radio is playing but the car won't turn over. The key turns in the ignition with no resistance, we had to disconnect the battery to save it.

That means the linkage rod fell off your key cylinder. (this happens whenever someone tries to steal your car) the push rod presses your ignition switch. If you know how to pull your steering wheel off, you can replace the key cylinder (if some of the casting is broken) by going to a junkyard. Get a cylinder with a key (you can make copies of the new key later) If the key cylinder was ok then just reattach the rod and put the steering wheel back on (being careful to keep the wheels facing forward before you remove the steering wheel so that you put it back the same way)

1997 Lincoln Town Car The drivers door lock is not working mechanically in automatic, something loose, I can hear it rattling inside the door when you us the remote. The rubber grommet that holds...

Hi all you need to do is take the door panel/card off and refit the rod it will push into a whole and it will be held in place by a push on clip, this clip will have more than likely fell into the bottom of the door, it will be a small black metal clip that goes around the rod and holds it into the lock at the other end.

this rod tends to fall off if the door has been slammed a few times of they can just work loose.

once you have the door panel off you will see what i mean about the small metal clip, this is an easy job to do and it only requires pushing the end of the rod into its place then put the metal clip over the top then your lock will be working again.

let me know if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

No oil to push rods on a 1992 chevrolet silverado 5.7 ltr 350 v 8

you may want to drop the pan and see if your pick up tube fell off if you didn't add sealant to it and the screen/basket.
