Question about 2006 Ford Bantam 1.6i
I replaced radiator, complete thermostat housing, water bottle with cap. Water is not boiling, but temperature needle go's to high. Fan also kick in and stays on while gauge is above 1/4 to red.
Did you replace the thermostat with a new one?
If so try taking the thermostat out and then start without thermostat and see what happens, also try and measure the water temperature if you can.If the fan come on and stay on it can be that the fan switch is also faulty
