It sounds more like you have a bad connection somewhere or possibly a weak battery.

Most all newer vehicles have the primary computer installed in behind the front passenger side kick panel. In front of the passenger side door.

Where is the fuel pump inertia switch on a 2004 excursion?

The fuel shutoff, or Inertia Switch, should be located behind the passenger side front kick panel.
LOOK on the right cowl panel right in front of the door and below the instrument panel. It is simply a button, that you push to reset, and get the fuel pump pumping fuel again.
see illustration.

No heat on driver side, temperature control does not change anything, passenger side ok

Sounds like a problem with the blend door actuator inside the heater box assembly. Its located under the kick panel on the passenger side behind glove box.

Volume problem on odyseey

Check the following fuses. Fuse No. 8 (7.5A) in driver's side kick panel fuse box. Fuse No. 9 (15A) in passenger's side kick panel fuse box. Fuse No. 11 (10A) in passenger's side kick panel fuse box. All these fuses need to be good in order for the audio unit to work. Also check the power sockets (cig lighter) for power. If the fuses are good but no power to cig lighters then the accessory power socket relay is bad. Its located in the passenger side kick panel fuse box.
