My horn goes off in the middle of the the night for no reason and stays on till l pull the fuse when it's cold out. l've been driving with no horn and the mechanics l took it to couldn't fix it.

The horn won't be the problem because it works! Check the horn push switch on the steering column and subsequent wiring for bad connections and chaffing.

1998 cadillac horn goes off randomly

Sounds like a bad horn button which is actually part of the airbag. Replace your airbag. They're cheap on e-bay and it's not hard to do. Just make sure you disconnect the battery before doing any airbag work.

My horn goes off when im driving and whem i turn off the motor. How do i turn off the horn?

there is a "horn" fuse that you could pull, but you will have no horn then! I'd think you have a short and that could be traced out by a mechanic easily!

Horn problem on 2002 Saturn Vue AWD V6

This is probably a temp thing...night brings colder temps. The wiring may be failing or the steering wheel portion over the horn might harden and cause it to touch the center of the horn to make it go off.
Let me know if this helps.
