this code has nothing to do with the bad gas. The code states that your idle is too high. Take it back because they did not fix it yet since this is the same code.

P0102 is a Mass Air Fow Sensor code and wiil cause the car not to run right. Check the wires before replacing MAF has a high failure yet.

Code PO507, CLEANED THROTTLE BODY


you can do a relearn first reset clear mil -code if you can do it with scanner or disconnect battery for a few minutes ----start and let idle for 3 minutes and watch idle should start going down turn off for 60 seconds and let idle again for 3 minutes turn off for 60 seconds and start up and take a drive for about 20 miles need to have speed get up above 44miles per hour for a bit than off gas and let decelerate than back up on speed do this a few times while on drive throttle body should relearn

Changed spark plugs on saturn vue v6 now i have codes po174,po171, and po507 what did i do wrong


if it is a missfire code you got the plug wires on the other plug s i can look up the codes or do you know what the codes are. reg

Cylinder 5 and im also getting p0507 idle is higher then expected. ive change plugs wire cap button cam sensor and distributor. but now its throwing the codes p0300 and p0507 it goes from p0300 to p0305...

Check engine light on. troubleshooting code came back po507. had put gas that had water in it 3 wks ago.its been 2wks i got my nissian quest back. what could b problem

replace tps (throttle posistion sensor) some call it idle speed control module either way it needs to be replace. its located on or near the throttle body.

if it is reving at idol I would be checking my throttle body for air leaks your computer will tell your engine to loop higher, to try and correct the readings it is getting.

Fault codes, p0102,p0122,po507


po102--maf sensor, could be a bad air cleaner and not letting air into engine, po122--tps pedal position sensor low, replace or adjust tps sensor,or wiring,po507--idle control system high input. for this you can take off idle air control, and clean out carbon from were it mounts on engine. it is just before throttle body at end of air intake hose, it is black. do not push on pintle on end of valve when cleaning, use a old toothbrush to clean carbon off of valve, use carb cleaner but do not soak valve in liquid of any kind. good luck!!
