have you checked for codes. you should have power and ground at the coil plug. note the computer is what grounds the circuit to fire the ignition coil. if you don`t have a ground then it could be a bad coil driver in the computer, which means you will have to have the computer replaced a possibly programed to the car.
problem is that what auto zone told you was not complete
misfiring is more from faulty injectors/ injector control/wiring than from plugs and HT leads
so if you have replace the leads one for one then the problem will be the injectors
ignition coil? suspension coil? assuming ignition, get a new one, unplug the old one without removing the plug leads, unbolt the old one, bolt in the new one, plug it in and transpose the plug leads from the old to the new.
I take it that it cranks over but will not start. Spray some starter fluid into the throttle body. If it runs, you have a fuel problem. You may have disconnected the fuel system by unplugging a connector or grounding a wire blowing a fuse.
Have you checked the HT leads? The main lead from the coil - take off a spark plug lead and plug that into the coil insted and see if you can get it to spark to the engine, if it will spark with this lead then the main lead is bust.
also...There is a condenser on the ignition, it prevents the spark from going anywhere but the plugs, if this has failed you will have a weak intermittent spark - heres what it should look like (attached to the distributor or very close to it) - http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?catalog=233&partnum=84UX&a=UK233-84UX - click the "i" button to get a bigger pic - make sure yours is properly connected before you get a new one.
It's incredibly cheap so may as well replace it + its 21 years old and counting and probably the only original part of the ignition.

I could barely understand your problem because you had no periods and your apostrophies were commas.
Sounds like you have a bad distributor. If you have the coil pack assembly, then you need to make sure the coil packs or control module under it are working
