94 dodge intrepid shakes up frount 35 to 45 mph.

Ive changed inner and outer tirod ends, both rotors are good, ive also replaced the trany mount. the trany shifts into overdrive around 40 mph and will not downshift unles i put my foot into it. if i shift it manuly into 3rd, it keeps shaking and jumping from 4th to overdrive quite rapidly. how on earth would i be able to fix this problim?

Check for worn inner cv joints on the cv axles. These cars also have engine mount problems that will let engine drop in engine cradle and cause undue stress on the driveline.

Braking Problem

sounds as though the brake rotors are warped. if they are in otherwise good condition, a shop may be able to resurface them. however, you should have the brakes checked for overall condition, it may be time for a complete brake job. good luck!

My car starts to shake after about 35-45 mph

rack and pinion is the steering wheel joint, so if the steering wheel shakes or handling has decreased, then i would say it is the rp. , also check the wear on the tires for uneven wear, it could be alignment, does the steering pull to one side? it could be motor mounts just find the bolts and check em wiht a torque wrench, also inspect mounting bushings as well. to check trans. give it alot of gas to get past 35-45 mph and the shaking should go away at higher speeds, if it doesnt then its the trans missing "third".

Front end shaking 1996 Ponitac Bonneville SE

Check for runout in your wheel bearing hubs. You can also hit your e brake lightly and see if it shakes then. If it does, it is in the rear rotors which will also warp.

Car shakes through the brakes and steering

Well, just because the rotors are new doesn't mean they are nor warped, do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel or in your seat? The other thing about Intrepeds is the inner TIE ROD ENDS very common, While your there check lower ball joints and outer Tie Rod Ends, have someone look at the tie rod ends located behind the engine while someone turns the steering wheel left and right in short quick strokes if you see loosness there you have to fix that problem.
If you feel the virbration in your seat the rear rotors are your culprit also make sure whoever does the brakes to clean and service the caliper guide pins make sure they are clean and lubed with lilicone grease made for that porpous and grease all points where the pads ride on the mounts.
Please contact me if you need more help and would you please leave me a favorable rating? Thank you, Randy
