I have a 2006 chev cobalt that blow very cold air when moving but blows warm air when stopped. When the car moves again, the AC will resume blowing cold air.
AC system appears low on charge
sounds ok , nothe vacuum leak that was mentioned would affect the shutters blocking off the heater core. Look under the dash on the passenger side . The vacuum controls may be visible. If so, pull the hoses of and you should be able to hear the shutters work. Don't mix up the lines. pull one at a time. If there is no vacuum , trace the lines tothe switch and then to the engine connection or vacuum canister.

I hooked up an AC gauge to the compressor freon charging line and it registered 44 on the gauge. The gauge has a certain area that is colored blue from 35 to 45 and the blue area represents a full charge according to the literature on the gauge. I was told that it has a vacuum leak but I don't know where to look for the vacuum lines/hoses. 2006 Chev Cobalt.
