Most common to check is a fuse for the horn it is located in the fusebox on the drivers side under the hood just behind the battery. There are usualy a couple of spares located there too and a diagram on the underside of the cover, hope thios helps.

The horn just makes a clicking sound which sounds like its coming from the glovebox?

The clicking sound is probably the horn relay. Check for power at the horn wire when button depressed and that the horn is grounded. If everything checks out ok replace horn with known good part.

I have a 2003 jeep liberty and the horn works, but sounds awful. Like it only has half its output. Remote as well as manual horn sounds like that

you either have 2 horns (a hi note and a low note) and one is defective or you have one horn that is going bad. check possible bad ground also

Horn does not work properly sounds like a toyota horn already checked both relays.

Your vechicle only has one horn on it if it is working but has poor sound You need to ck for a poor ground or poor voltage at the horn The horn is located behind the left headlamp disconnect the horn and ck the power wire for 12 volts (green wire) then ck the black wire for a good ground 0 ohms fron the connector to battery Neg post. If these readings are correct then the horn needs to be replaced

The horn on my 2004 Grand Am gradually stopped working. (When using the remote to lock the doors, sometimes the horn would barely bleat, at other times it sounded fine.) Fuses and connections seem ok....

no, sounds like its time for new horns, have someone push horn button while you check for power at the horn, if theres power then replace the horns, sounds like bad horns to me,good luck.

Horn stopped blowing

Sounds like you may have corroded terminals on the horn itself.

Find the horn in the engine compartment - remove the wire connected to it - clean the spade terminal with some sand paper and push the terminal back on. If that doesn't work you may need to remove the horn from the car and clean up the earth connection, i.e. where the horn is attached to the body work of the car to get a good electrical contact.
