Those are shift solenoid codes which means it's stuck open. Take it to a transmission shop or the ford dealer. It could be the solenoid itself that needs replacing, sometimes you can get away with a transmission flush. Hope this helps.

It sounds like the battery is starting to go. You can take it in to get it tested to make sure. Some places (like Wal-mart) do free battery testing. If this is the original battery, five years old, it wouldn't be surprising that it is starting to go.
