The BLOWER MODULE is located on the A/C EVAPORATOR housing located UNDER THE HOOD passenger side firewall. Has 2 electrical connectors. Mounted with 4 screw bolts.Hope this helps

Guess what? Volkwagen makes you buy the entire glove box assembly, including lock and door in gray, black or beige for around $145. No way to fix the latch because it is encased in sealedand glued plastic. Good luck! Mine just broke, also.

why can't you remove the glove box? You can get at the door from under the dash but it's a ***** to do. try lubing the vent cables unless it uses the vacuum motor, if it uses the vac. motor it will be hard to get to without the glove box being out.

mcdevito75 here, Remove the lock from the glove box. If the glove box is closed and lockes, you"ll have to somehow get the lock tumbler out of the lock. If the glove box is open simply remove the screws or clip holding the lock in place.
