Check injectors are clean and firing correctly. Check fuel pressure is correct on start up. Fuel problems also cause misfiring.

SOURCE: 1999 dodge ram 1500 318 engine no spark no signal

Check the ASD relay in the fuse box. Swap it with the starting relay. If the engine fails to roll over. Thats your problem. If not, check and see if your fuel injector connectors have voltage to them if not its a bad PCM. Hope this helps.

what about the injectors
they cause more problems that all that you have replaced yet you have dismissed them as not a problem
and why not have the fault codes read first to determine the fault area to save money

Have you checked for a broken valve spring. Repaired a dodge engine with the same running issue as you have described and it was a broken intake valve spring.

2004 1500 changed plugs wires fuel pump cam and crank sensor when star runs fine shut off and restart misfires shut back off runs fine does also did it intermittently also did vacuum test was good

What was the initial fault?
Why did you replace all these parts?
Have you had the car diagnostic system scanned?
If not, this must be done now because you may well have either reoccuring glitches or a faulty ecu.
Cheers

The crank and cam sensors would be a huge problem - the car wouldn't work if the sensors were at absolute nonfucntion, but you'd have issues if the sensor's issues were intermittent.
