Change your air filter and fuel filter.If still no power,it's the EGR(exhaust gas recirculation)valve needs replaced.

I have a 91 buick skylark. When I drive sometimes it won't accelerate like I'll lose power even if I floor it. And I died going up a hill flooring my gas. It's not a head gasket I already checked. My


I think I would check the fuel pressure and the maximum fuel pressure from the pump.
I would look to data if temp sensor , map, tps,
lack of power can be cause by many things

unfortunately when you leave for long period of time fuel in carbs turn to a gel you may have to clean the float chambers out and put fresh fuel also look for signs of rust deposits from tank

Sounds like a air control sensor which is located on the air in take pipe in between the air cleaner and throttle housing , easy to replace .
