SOURCE: I need to replace the heater core in my 1986 Ford

under the dash on the pass side there is a large black plastic box. take out the 6 screws and pull off the cover. there is a wire attached to the top that controls a flap, that just lifts off. under the hood loosen and remove the 2 host clamps right at the firewall area. Push the metal tubes in to the firewall. Then reach back in from under the dash and pull out the old core. put the new one in reverse order.

How do you remove an ignition switch from a ford bronco, 1986, full size

I would check to see if there is a little hole in the tumble next to the key. If so then turn the ignition to accessory and put a paper clip or something that will fit in the hole. Push the pin into the hole and the tumble should move a little more and then just pull it out.

What is the part number of the turning signal relay? on the 1986 Ford Bronco II, and is it locatied on the passinger side fire-wall under the engine hood?

Probably have 2 the same, one for signals and one for flashers (emergency) . Just take to parts store and they should be able to match it. Probably a Bosch, but same configuration and specs in other brands will do job. Or do temporary swap if flasher for emergency looks same.

Try replacing the Throttle Positioning Sensor
Have the codes checked
You may need to clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor
this is best done by a professional as it contains some very sensitive wires and they are easily broken
The MAF is very expensive to replace

1986 fORD BRONCO, WASN'T CHARGING CHANGED THE

1. get the battery tested to rule out a collapsed cell.

2. If the battery is ok, check the wiring harness that runs from the passengers front corner, to the drivers front corner, for a break in the wires. A common spot to find one would be near the passengers side.
