P0496 code hard start after fueling check engine light on

Unplug the battery for 15 minutes and then plug the battery back in, but until you fix the oxeygen sensor you are going to continue to have the code thrown

P0496 = EVAP Emission High Purge Flow Fault.

No warranty coverage?
- Likely a sticking purge valve, possibly accompanied by some strange cold idle conditions.
- Possible fuel tank pressure sender with an 'in range' failure-not likely.
- Possible false command from the main processor-not likely.

code P0488 exhaust gas recirculation closed valve pintle error ( EGR Valve ) most likely replace the valve.

code P0496 evaporative emission system continuous purge flow. could be many things, Gas cap, purge valve , purge canister, probably need to have this one check by the dealer.
