Jay from Ma,
You have it backwards the rear three are accessable with the front three being under the intake. To remove the intake simply remove throttle body and aproxamently 15 other bolts.

I have one of these cars too, also 3.5. I purchased with 34K and has used a quart of oil every 1000 miles since then. It has no leaks or smoke or any other signs of oil consumption. So much research, nobody knows why these engines do this, some have gone as far as contacting Chrysler just for them to say, " that's normal". But here is the diagram for the PCV:

Sensor is located passenger side of the intake and mounts facing the firewall .It takes a torx bit to remove .NOT a philips as screw is hard to see from the front.I use a bit with a 1/4 in socket as a full size screwdriver will not fit.Remove screw and use a set of pliers to twist and pull back.

SOURCE: I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
that would be your HO2 sensor. It's located in the left hand exhaust manifold closer to the top of the engine. It usually takes a special socket to remove one. If you have any doubt, take it to a shop and have them replace it for you. This sensor effects fuel and driveability, don't go to long without fixing it as it may cause damage to your catalytic convertors.
