SOURCE: I have a hyundai sonata

Once you turn on the unit, "1 CDE" will appear on the LCD. Then using preset button 1~4 enter the 4 digit security number supplied on security card. After confirming the number, press preset button 5. This should unlock the player. If the incorrect code is entered "2 CDE" will appear on LCD and if incorrect code is entered again, "3 CDE" will appear on LCD. If, after the third attempt, the code is incorrect, the set will turn off. Wait 1 hour before re entering a security code.

SOURCE: What is the radio code for a 2002 Hyundai Accent.

Hello there:
these radios the code is installed by the dealership or the manufacture of the radio so what yo can do is to either call the dealership and give them the radios information or take the car to the dealership and they can do it there for you and somtimes it yo look at your users manual the code will be in there and it will explain the steps to program it ok
Hope this is very helpful for you.
Best regards Michael

04 Hyundai XG350 said codes say catalytic converter bank 2 he's getting other codes makes him think it's the throttle body should I be worried my cars been there for 10 hours and still doesn't know.

I would worry if this mechanic know what her or she is doing. I don't have much training in automotive repair but I can usually decipher what codes mean. I think this mechanic is either not know what doing or ripping you off.

Throttle sticking

obviously the mechanic fixed the symptom and not the problem. Run the fault codes to check for something more serious . Contact the dealer service centre to see if there is a bulletin on this problem.

Raido cuts on and off on its own

Sometimes, the CD player (single disc) interferes with the radio. (At least from my experience!) Just put a CD in the CD Player and press the AM/FM button and this should, I say, SHOULD stop the radio from cycling on and off!

2005 hyundai 350. battery goes dead overnight... had 2 ones put in... hyundai service centers have checked several things and always say its the battery... how can this problem be fixed..? can set for 2...

Radio's and starters are the worst ones for a battery drain. Radio's being the worst, something about the newer radio's. Pull the fuse and wait. if it quits dieing on you thats the problem.
Let me know there are lots of things we can check for. this just takes time.

I cannot eject the CD from my stereo in my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant.

The radio may need to be reset. Turn the radio off and disconnect the battery for 1 min and then reconnect the battery, this should reset the radio and the CD will come eject. If the CD will still not come out, then there is a mechanical problem with the Radio and your going to have to have it repaired or replaced. Good luck and hope this helps, Note make sure the radio is off before you disconnect the battery so you will not be prompt to enter a activation code.

2002 xg350 engine surge trouble code 500 when engine light on.

FIRST!. Get a proper/professional diagnosis of the CAUSE of the problem. If the cause is related to the work done by your mechanic, then take it back to the mechanic and tell him to fix it! Otherwise, take the veh to a Hyundai Dealership, get a diagnosis and estimate of repairs, hire a lawyer and sew the mechanic/garage that screwed it up.
