Heater blower

There are 2 fuses for the blower. They are in the fuse box on the right side of the dash, bottom row of fuses, second from the left is a 20 amp fuse and that is low blower, the second is also bottom row of fuses, fourth from the right, and it's a 25 amp fuse and that's high blower. Hope that helps.

1998 mercury sable fuse box location for the blower

Your fuse panel should be located below and to the left of the steering wheel, next to the brake pedal. For the blower, you want fuse 13. It should be a 5 amp fuse.

I need to replace a fuse for the blower

First, please review this article: Where's The Fuse?

Now, for your blower fuse...
Actually, there are 2 blower fuses in your car.
Fuse #24 (15 Amp) and Fuse #14 (20 Amp) Both are located in the fuse block on the end of the dash on the passenger side.
Fuse # 24 provides power for the LOW, MEDIUM 1, and MEDIUM 2 speeds. Fuse #14 provides power for only the HIGH speed.
If your blower motor does not operate on any speed, the problem is most likely a bad blower motor or a burned-up control switch. If it only operates on HIGH, the most likely cause would be a bad blower resistor.
