you don't replace the bearing, you replace the whole water pump.

I would guess about $250 - 300, but call several shops, dealers and independents. This is an easily quoteable job.

My town and country is making a loud humming noise

It all depends if the humming sound comes from the engine or the transmission. Check the idler bearings, the water pump bearings or the belt.
also if there is fault on the alternator or AC pulley there can be humming.
finally if the noise is heard while the car moves , then check on wheel bearings and axle ends .

Need to replace a power steering pully on a 2000 Town and Country

Go to local parts store and rent the power steering puller / installer. This is the only way to do it. Otherwise you will damage the seals and bearings in the pump if you hit it with a hammer or press with a regular press.

How to replace a water pump on a 2005 town & country. What would a dealer charge?

around 450 dollars. It varies from dealership to dealership. Call around and get a basic qoute as most shops will tell you that they need to see the vehicle to be able to give u a better quote. Most items replaced would be the coolant, thermostat, water pump, hoses(most will if the hoses are really "soft"), and all associated gaskets.

Oil Pump

This is a job best left to a shop, the exhaust must be removed, and to do that without a rack is very difficult.
