Hi, I'm Peter, The auto parts store or Harbor freight will have body molding tools. These will be flat pieces that have different shapes cut in them for various clips. You slide the toll in where the clip is and gently pry up and it will pop the clip out. If you do damage a clip they aren't that much and depending on the color they carry black and white ones at various part stores. If you have a specific color one then you'll have to get it from the dealer. It's a lot better to damage a clip as opposed to what it is holding. Good luck.

SOURCE: how to change battery in dodge stratus 2001, is it

Good Morning, unfortunately there is no easy way around that job. You have to raise and support the vehicle, remove the wheel and tire, and then take off the cover in front of the battery. Then undo the hold down and battery cables and pull it straight out. I never thought that changing a battery would ever become such a complicated thing, however they put them under back seats and in trunks too so it really is not all that bad. Hope this is Helpful and if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

My 2011 Dodge Journey shows "Back" with an arrow pointing to the left in the middle control panel. What does this mean?

The center panel allows you to access tons of information. The icon your describing means that if you push the "back" button on your steering wheel, you will go to the main menu. All the menus are controlled by the arrow buttons on the wheel.

Removing hush panel on 2011 dodge journey

These 'found' answers from previous solutions are way off! I am looking at the (interior) fuses on a 2012 Journey.... the hush panel you mention is indeed tough to remove, but it is not necessary. The fuse box is to the right of it, in an opening cut into the hush panel. It is a SMALL unit! You can access two plastic locks on it. The bigger, easier one to reach is to remove the whole box from its holder. To just remove only the cover, press the little middle button on the smaller, left latch. Actually, tho inconvenient to reach, it is easy to take off the cover without tools. I hope this helps, and the this info form a 2012 applies to your car.

How to get at the battery on a Dodge Journey 2010 for removel

First, you will need to jack up the driver side front wheel.
Then, remove the wheel.
With the wheel off, you can remove the plastic fasteners holding the battery access panel (bottom front section of inner wheel well).
After you remove the cover you can reach in and disconnect the cables, then remove the battery.

Hope this helps!

Door handle has come loose from inside . Can lock and unlock but not open door with outside handle

If you take the inner door panel off and have the window up, you should be able to access the area to tighten the handle down. If the handle assembly is still tight, but the handle its self seems to have no resistance, the plastic clip where the release rod attaches may have broken.

Where is the battery

The battery is under the left fender, to get access to it you should turn the front wheels max right, remove the plastic cover near the front left wheel(turn the plastic clips and pull gently). Normally you should be able to take out the battery, if not enough room, use the jack to lift the left front side or even remove the rim.

Battery location and how to change it

The battery is located behind the front left bumper cover. To access it, first turn your wheels all the way to the right; you need to access the battery through the splash shield that connects the bumper cover to the inner wheel well. There are a few screws and/or plastic clips to remove to loosen the splash shield, and even a 10mm bolt or two to loosen the bumper cover from the fender if necessary. For more room to work, place a small jack under the car body on the driver's side. No need to lift the wheels off the ground - raising the body just a few inches will give you much more needed elbow room in the wheel well.

The battery is in the engine compartment, but is not accessible from the top of the engine compartment. You will need to remove the front, driver-side tire and remove the plastic panel in the wheel well. Good luck.
