Best bet get a can of leak detector from the auto parts store. It will be a can of 134a with leak detector in it. you will run the AC as normal and the dye will show you where it is leaking at.

Ac not cooling on peugeot 307 cc

May be your ac gas has gone (leak) or the compressor is not working properly. Go to a air conditioning service center and just ask for a free quote to repair (they will then tell you the problem and you will know exactly what it is) and if you think that the quote is acceptable then let them do it (don't forget to ask to guarantee their work).

My buick century's air conditioning isn't working on the driver side. The passenger side air conditioning is ice cold. I think it has something to do with the mixer. But my book doesn't cover that.

My breaks are spongy when i tap them but if i hit them hard they do stop

Braking problems are serious business and should not be taken lightly. The braking system needs to be checked out. Check the master cylinder fluid level, condition of brake shoes/rotors/drums/calipers. A spongy pedal usually indicates a leak or air in the system and the brake system needs bled. Go to the autozone website at autozone.com and register your vehicle. It's free and you will have access to a full online repair manual for your vehicle. It will have detailed info on the braking system and the procedures for addressing problems like you have indicated. Sure hope this helps you find a resolution to the problem.

Difference between an Air Filter and Air Conditioning filter

The air conditioning filter that your manual speaks of is known as a ''cabin filter'', it is much differant then your engine air filter. It filters the incoming air into your vehicles interior. So if someone has told you to replace your ''air filter'' they are more then likely speaking of your ''engine'' air fitler. You should check your engine air filter every oil change. If it shows signs of dirt, then replace it. Hope this helps =)
