It sounds like the torque converter is burned up, and will have to be replaced. If the TC is new, it should be replaced under warranty. If it was the old TC, you should ask the rebuilder/installer to install a new one that you would pay for (but not the install since they damaged your old one).

2000 Chrysler Sebring speed sensor replace

Locate the sensor on your transmission. It should be to the right of the starter as you look at the engine/transmission--close to the transmission fluid cooling lines/ports. See picture of sensor below. Sensor is held in by one bolt and has a connector with 2 or 3 terminals. Lubricate the o-ring on the new sensor and have ready to put in. Remove the connector and bolt and pull out the old sensor. Put the new sensor in with a twisting motion. The sensor square end must mate with the square opening in the output shaft gear. Align the bolt hole and install the bolt and connector. Test drive to verify operation. Let me know if you have questions.

P1762 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0

????1762 should be a transmission problem!!! Makes no sense at all.
Review: you had a tps code (but the engine ran well?) You changed it and it threw injector codes and ran poorly...You took it out and put the old one back (was code still there? Did it run well?) You put another new one in and now you have a transmission code? and how is it running?
Only commonality here is that the tps runs in tandem with all other sensors Make sure you clear old codes after doing any work and see what comes up after driving through a few cycles/ And get a volt/ohm meter and test the tps to see if in fact it's out of range. It somehow sounds more like a MAP sensor problem..or even a harness problem....but, test before getting anything else.

Ford transmission installation

you will have to take the cross member off to get the old one outand to put the new one in. the cross memeber was put there so people would have to take it to a shop but there are 4 bolts 2 on each side and then whatever bolts are screwed to the transmission.

97 transmission pump

Just remove the front pump bolts, you will need new O ring seals, DON'T USE THE OLD ONES OVER, the pump will be hard to remove, but it will come out, have the trans pointed up or all the fluid will gush out on the floor, when you install the new O rings use good old Vasoline petroleum jelly ( heap generic works fine also) to lube the O rings, be very careful putting the pump back in or you will tear the new O ring seal and all you did will be for nothing, really lay the Vasoline on there, the more the merrier!
