This could be a number of problems.... Tire balance, U-joint, bent wheel.... Can you describe the shake?

What part do I need if my 2007 ford crown Victoria rear end shakes uncontrollably if I hit a pot hole or go around a sharp cruve?

You won't know what the issue is until the rear suspension is thoroughly inspected and checked over for faults.

Take the vehicle to a suspension specialist and have them check it over and give you an assessment.

If the car is as bad as you described it is unroadworthy and you should not be driving it anywhere except straight to a repairer.

have the rear suspension bushes checked out including the shockies.

How to check rear wheel bearings 2007 jeep compass

block front wheels and jack up rear slightly off the ground, keeping your body parts out of harms way you can grab and shake tires, if they move back and forth or in and out even slightly it is time for bearing work

1999 silverado rear end shakes at all speeds. put brand new tires n balanced

You should have an alignment on all 4 wheels. Check that the rear axle has not shifted forward or backward on one side. If you have Rear Disc Brakes, have the Hub & Rotor checked for alignment. Does this shaking happen all of the time or just when turning? Does it only happen when you apply the brakes? A Rotor and Hub that is out of alignment will cause shaking. Also check that the Caliper Slide Bolts are lubricated, otherwise the caliper will not operate correctly and the inside of the rotor will wear out faster. This can cause shaking also.

This truck do a lot of bumping in the rear end while driving in freeway when it goes over 55mph i want to solve that problem

If it is a problem that shows its self as speed increases as a constant shaking and on all types of road surfaces....it could be a wheel balance problem.

What about rear brakes, have those been checked out? sometimes even a drum can warp, it could also be an imbalaced tire, maybe even an untrue rim. normally bouncing comes from an imbalance somewhere.
