Not sure about your question. It could be read two ways.
Way #1: (When I put my emergency lights on it effects my headlights.)
If there is an effect, you could have a shorted ground wire, allowing current to find another way into the circuit. Visual inspection might uncover the problem.
Way #2: (When I put my emergency lights on, should it affect my headlights.)
No, If you turn on your emergency flashers, there should be no effect on your headlights.
Electrical problems can be very difficult and costly to diagnose.
Try googling your exact problem and maybe others have had the same problem.
Good Luck

Emergency lights come on when headlights are off`

Have you been doing any work with anything that might mess with the wires to the headlights or emergency lights? And are the hazard run off of the same switch as the headlight switch?

Headlights blink when i put my blinker on

Look for a bad ground to the headlights. The ground probably feeds all of the front lights, and when you are using the headlights, they are seeking a ground through the turn bulbs. When you apply 12v to the turn bulbs,it is reversing this affect(the turn bulbs are seeking a ground through the headlights).

Emergency break stuck- how to realease it?

The emergency brake does not affect the lighting or lights on your plates. This is an entirely different problem going on. On some vehicles, when you start them and put them in reverse the emergency brake pops out automatically. If this doesn't work, you will have to manually unlock the mechanism. As for the lights, the problem may be in your switch.

When my car starts the Headlights come on automatic, But now they are not coming on

check your emegency brake to insure that is is off. pull the emergency brake release to insure the e-brakes released. you may need to pull the e-brake handle and at same time handle is pulled,w/left foot lift up on the e-brake pedal.the headlights[or running lights] come on automatic when the cars running, unless!!! the emergency brake is on.if the emergency brake is on,the headlights,or running lights will not work. check this please! thank you for choosing fixya.com!

After accidentally putting a battery in backwards, inside lights, radio and keyless entry does not work. Dials go to 12 o'clock then normal when first starting car. Hyundai Elantra 2004

Check your fuses. You may have fried your fuse box when you hooked the battery up backwards. Try looking for blown fuses, burnt wires, and your battery may have been affected too. Test your battery with a volt meter or take it to your local auto parts store to test.

My headlights wont come on because my emergencey brake light is on in my dash. Even though my emergency brake is off, the light on the dash is lite up like it is on, wich disables my headlights. I disabled...

there is a wire connected to a switch which grounds when you pull up on your e-brake and ungrounds when u put it down, this controls the light on your dash.you prob will have to remove your console to get to it but i recommend taking a flashlight and peeking inside, but 99%it is the switch that broke or the wire on switch popped off

The dome lights and headlights blink off and on. I can't drive car at night because of this. There seems to be a buzzing noise coming from the headlight area.

If both the headlights and dome light are affected i would suspect the haedlight switch. That is the part that would be linked to both issue. Door jam switchs would affect the dome light but not the headlights.
