Cabin filter should be located under and behind the glove box. there is a cap that comes off on the bottom. the filter just pulls out the bottom.

I found a chrysler blog. Pull back carpet on passenger foot well, remove white styrofoam computer protector. Remove cardboard cover (remove two screws) from bottom of glove box. On Left side see a slot with plastic cover and two sliding latches. Open and remove and replace filter. Follow reverse to finish up. It is tight fit and hard to get to for normal sized man.

there is a panel just above passengers feet, take panel off and filter should slide out (down) you will see how panel is attached (no bolts)
