I have a 2004 Silverado HD with dual climate control. The vents for the floor and defrost work fine but only one dash vent(drivers side next to radio) blow any air out. Any suggestions are greatly...

There is an actuator located at the bottom of the dash .. just remove it and turn that little shaft with a pair of pliers gently one direction or the other and see if that's the problem if so replace that actuator,, ((((((( be shure to unplug the actuator before starting the truck )))) and disconnect your battery when u install the new actuator .... so the climate control can relearn its position for accurate door travel...

Air regulator valve on dash for heat and AC stuck in on position. Ram 2500, 2004.

The most common problem is a stuck or faulty blend door under the dash.

Air conditioner switch is stuck in defrost position what to do

Problem is usually a stuck or faulty blend door motor under the dash.
The blend doors direct air thru the heater and ac evaporator as well as the vents.

BLOWER WILL ONLY BLOW OUT ON FLOOR POSITION NO MATTER WHICH POSITION I SELECT

These trucks have a problem where moisture builds up in the heater box then freezes. When this freezes and you change your heater settings it breaks the shaft for the blend door. If this is what happened you should be able to look under the dash above and to the right of the gas pedal and you will see two vaccuum accuators one of them you should be able to wiggle around the linkage if it is broke. To fix this you need to remove the entire dash to get the heater box out which involves discharging the AC and draining the coolant because the heater core and evaporator come out.

AC is only blowing through the defrost vents in the dashboard?

I think your problem is the head unit that selects where the air comes out ie. Face, floor, defrost, or hi-level face and floor. If that's not working then it will not let you switch location that you want the air to come out.

Look for vac hoses damaged or dislodged. System is designed to fail in defrost mode.

My AC air registers only have air coming out of the defrost ducts

In every car, there are fins or flaps inside the dash that rotate that distributes the air flow from the blower to the desired opening, ie defrost, floor etc... This flap is controlled by a linkage which is connected to the selector switch. It may be the linkage is no longer connected, or the fins inside the dash are stuck. If the selector switch moves freely with little or no resistence its possible the linkage is no longer connected, otherwise the flaps need to be physically looked at.

Defroster & floor blowers don't work but front facing vents do

There are what they call mode door's these days they have a electrical motor that turnes the door to different posistions...sounds like yours is become broken. It would depend on your expertise in the ac & heating system area to replace the part. Sometimes easy and most of the times the dash has to be removed.
