SOURCE: car won't go in reverse
There may be gear down on your car or the reverse gear is out of place get it fixed by dealer if your car is still under warranty .........

leave the key on for about 5 to10 min then try to start. Are reset to computer by leaving the key on for 10 min and try to start the vehical.Do this procese 3 time then it shold reset
SOURCE: Shifter stuck in park!
you have to take off the plastic all around the gear shifter. You can wedge a screw driver carefully around the edges and pry the plastic off then there is a screw on the shifter take that off and slide the top off and then take off the rubber until the whole shifter is exposed then you will see in the cavity on the right side a little metal round tab on a spring that you have to push in with a screw driver and it will release the shifter. The shift interlock is probably the problem. With the engine off turn switch to run. Be real quiet and listen closely as you take your foot and put it on the break pedal and start pressing down. You should hear a click in the column, if not you can rapidly take your foot and raise it off the pedal and back on with pressure. This may cause it to jar loose if stuck. That is about the only thing that will keep it from shifting from park.
