SOURCE: 1990 toyota camry

Well if it is a 4 cylinder the timing marks would be small hole in camshaft lined up with little dot on head at 12 o'clock position and the crank with the pulley on should line up with 0 on the timing indicator. If it is a 6 cyl then the marks would be- camshafts both with dots up and lined up with indicaters on heads and crank timing mark on 0 with the harmonic balancer installed. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: 1990 Toyota Camry transmission won't go into any gear

you didn't make clear you have a automatic trasmission or manual?
if is a manual trasmission you have to look the clutch and to valves that is puting the trasmision oil pressure to move the clutch one at the end near the gear box and the second after the clutch pedal outside of the cabin imediatley after the pedal. you have to look to the oil level in the rezervoir, if you dont have the problem to bay some oil and to change completely the oil first maybe the right solution to begin with oil change first , may be is freeze from the dirties finded in the oil pipes and valves.
if you have the automatic trasmission sorry i dont know, because the problems there are more complex.

Where is the brake master cylinder in a 1990 toyota camry

The brake fluid master cylinder is attached underneath the break fluid reservoir which is where you put brake fluid into. The master cylinder system goes directly into the brake booster which mounts in the fire wall on the driver side.
