2007 chevy impala oil pressure low light comes on but oil is not low

I have a 2007 Chevy Impala LT 3.5 MY oil pressure low stop engine light keeps coming on randomly. I stop the car, shut it off and check the oil and the oil isn't low. Also now my dual climate control is acting funky. I get heat when I want it out of the passenger side only but the drivers side blows cold air as well do the right side defrost vents. And lastly, this winter the inside of my car has been fogging up BADLY on cold days only. The windows get saturated with water. I tried rain-x anti fog ...didn't help. It's never done this before this winter. I can warm the car up and the windows are clear...get in and start driving and the side windows and back windows fog up BADLY. Takes me forever to get them clear. Open and colose windows, fiddle with the defrost, etc. Very annoying. My check engine light keep coming on for no reason and even the dealer cannot figure it out. It has an oil leak; I was told it was in the area where the oil filter bolts onto the sending unit. Had that fixed....stil leaks......its just a few drops but over time it adds up. It's getting to the point whee I HATE this car. It was fine until some dumb broad decided to run a red light and nail some guy in a van and then when she stopped finally she layed on the gas and headed straight for me and nailed me in the front end. The car has never been the same since. On disability I just don't have the money for this.

What does low oil pressure on 2008 Chevy Impala 3.5 V6 LS

Do you mean what causes low oil pressure? This is a very reliable engine for the most part. If the oil light is on or gauge is reading low, have the oil pressure sensor inspected for failure. These sensors do go bad.

Where is the oil sending unit located on a 2007 Chevy Impala LT?

On the passenger side. Look at the wheel well and find the oil filter. The sending unit is just above it.

Like 3 days after i got my oil changed in my 2006 chevy impala the low oil pressure shut off engine light comes on

This is an idication of a severe oil leak. Check the oil level in your engine to see if there is any in it. Add to the full mark and return to the oil change shop and ask them to see where the leak is. Do not operate without oil. Severe engine damage will occur. Hope this helps Moe
