Question about 1992 Honda Accord
JUMP TESTING ECU SENSOR WITH KEY ON AND HAD NO BLINK,SO WAS UNABLE TO READ CODES
This is a "duh", but remember not to turn key on until jumper is in place.

Check fuses under the hood esp the radio then make sure you connected the jumper wire correctly sorry dont pull the radio fuse if your trying to read codes it will clear the codes once you get your codes pull the radio to clear them good luck
