Toyota Tacoma 2003 hiss when turning left and water drips

I have a new issue with my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. It seems that when I do a hard turn to the left I hear a loud hiss from the passenger side and then clear water begins to drip steady onto the carpet. It does not seem to have a smell or discoloration. The hiss reminded me of something sliding across the carpet or pouring sand on plastic. All this happens with the air conditioner on low. We did have a hard rain that I drove through yesterday after returning from work. My windshield does not appear to have any leaks.

Probably water that came in from the outside cabin air intake underneath the windshield and its running through the vent system draining out through the floor vents. run the blower on medium or high speed to help dry it out.

We had the same issue.. The air conditioner drain hose was clogged.. so the water came into the cabin instead of under the car.. So if you sat in the passengers seat your feet really got wet..

Coolant leak 3.4 toyota

There is water from condensation from the a/c system that will drip onto your exhaust manifold when you turn the engine off after running the a/c for a while. Check coolant level daily when your engine is cold and if it isn't dropping then it is just the water from the cold a/c.

2001 Toyota Tacoma seems "boggy"

The best thing to do is go to Autozone or a repair shop and have them read the code. There are a few things that could be going on and instead of simply trying to replace items not knowing the true issue, the check engine light can tell you the problem. In the end this will save you time and effort to find the cause.

My tacoma makes a loud roaring noise while I am driving. (Changed tires already still happens) Worse when I turn the wheels toward the passenger (right) Gets bette when I turn left. Constant while going...

have your wheel bearings checked out. sounds like a wheel bearing going bad, if you said it gets worse when turning right have your left wheel bearings checked for wear. weight transfer will put more strain on the bearings and make them louder.

Turn key to start and nothing

Not if you left your headlights on all night and completely drained the battery. if it is dead, try to jump it, if you get some sort of power with the jumpers attached, go buy a new battery.

Without looking at it, you may have one or more of the following:

Rust on the inside edge of the rotor (most common)

Worn front brake pads

Front wheel bearing problem.

Backing plate (behind rotor) rubbing the rotor

These are the most common causes, you can see 1,2 & 4 with the wheel off.

Hope this helps.
