SOURCE: where is the neutral safety
On both Nissans I've owned (90 Sentra and 90 300ZX) the neutral safety switch was on the side of the transmission. If you look down there, you'll see wire connectors (probably 3 of them) going to connections near or on the transmission - one of those should lead you to the neutral safety switch.

SOURCE: I have a 1998 Nissan
Does the starter crank the engine over? Saying your truck won't start could mean that the starter spins be the engine won't fire. If the starter is not spinning is it at least clicking?

It is located on the transmission follow the gear shift cable to the end on my 1996 nissan sentra it is located on the front righthand side if your looking at the engine (below the battery) it has 3 (10mm) screws to remove and it slips out of the gear shift cable.
