Question about 2003 Volkswagen Golf
My chico keep on blowing oil filter gasket
There is a relieve valve inside the part that holds your oil filter. It sounds like it may be stuck open which causes too much oil pressure to be relieved on the filter causing it to blow. So this art needs to be taken off and inspected.

SOURCE: Clutch repair 2005 VW Chico
You need to empty the engine from all fluids, tehn remove air filter and other parts, mount your Golf on a bridge and remove the clutch pressure plate assembly mounted on a side of the engine.
You will need special tools to align and mount the new pressure plate, and you will need to follow a procedure to reinstall the clutch without removing the transaxle.
Replacing the clutch is not an easy task for a beginner, if you do it yourself, get the haynes manual with the complete illustrated procedure.
After replacing you will have to adjust the clutch. See CLUTCH REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES.

the buzzing is most likely the speedo cable ive had a few older cars that do this you might try having someone oil the cable if they can or you can as for the oil light it might be low oil pressure or a bad oil level sensor or even a dirty plug on the sensor

good chance you t-stat is stuck open that will cause the temp gauge to not get all the way to normal operating temp. also e.c.t can cause this problem. good luck hope that helps. to bridge your connector it will not really tell you to much if you take a multi meter and check the green wire and put the other wire to ground you can see the signal voltage less then 6v

First check and see if the seal on the filter lines up right. Use your filter wrench to snug the filter a little extra. Try to put a manuel oil presure gauge on it. If this fails Im assuming having just rebuilt the engine you have a manuel. Check it out and find out where your oil pressure regulator is. Its probably sticking.

Check the brake switch, it may need adjustment or the rubber on the switch might be loose and on the pedal there is a pin and some sort of circlip. Check that also
