Question about Suzuki Aerio
This is an electric fan i take it. jump the connector at the cooling fan enabling switch and turn the key to run without starting. to find the switch, trace the wires from the fan motor back to where the switch is.
(bottom of the rad.) (thermostat housing area) next, see if a fuse or relay controls it in the power distribution box. otherwise you need a book and you may have to rig a circuit , temporary, sometimes just wiggling a connector or cleaning a ground can have an effect. but be certain theres enough coolant in the system because a fan switch responds to being fully immersed in coolant. not knowing the year, i suggest driving the car to the parts store to ask for advice in person.
they can help with a switch, a relay, or a gallon of 50/50 mixture. as well as identifying the make, model, and year
