If it looks like a little car with burnout marks, then it's caused by the button being pushed. Look for a button with the same symbol or TCC on it

How do i turn off the check engine light

You do it by fixing whatever caused the light to come on, then the check engine light Will go out by itself eventually, or you could clear it with a code reader or disconnecting the battery. But first fix the cause of the problem, the light is the symptom.

I need to find out wher and how to fix the fuse on the front dash light

If you do not know where the fuse is, how do you know it needs "fixing"?
If your dash lights are not working, there is a possibility that there is a blown fuse. However, you need to realize that blown fuses do not cause electrical problems. Electrical problems cause blown fuses. So if you replace the fuse, it will likely just blow again if you do not fix the problem that caused it to blow.

On the other hand, there are several other things that could be keeping your dash lights from working that has absolutely nothing to do with the fuse.

With all that said, the fuse that protects your dash light circuits is a 7.5 Amp fuse that is located in the Instrument Panel Junction Block at the left side of the dash. It is marked "PANEL"

Abs light on and the speedometer stop working on bmw 5 series year 2000 and also the tracksion cotrol systen is on as well

Sorry I don't know much about BMW but I do know about cars and it sounds like you have a bad wheel speed sensor or more than one which controls those systems. If the car does not get a signal of how fast the wheel is spinning it will make the traction control not work along with the ABS.

No brake fluid going to right back brake

if you have brake pressure to the other back wheel it could be a clogged line or hose. Some "split" systems route pressure separately to one front wheel and the opposite back wheel in two "circuits" so be sure to check the opposite front (left) wheel for pressure as well. if this is the case your master cylinder needs work. Hope this helps
