More then likely you have a problem with the exhaust system, crawl under and look or are you afraid to get dirty?

When i take off my exhaust sound like somthing is loose it only happens when I take off i got it check by a muffler place but they couldnt find anything...

A lot of noises are caused by a loose converter shield, or a part of the system contacting a frame member when under power, sometimes the rubber hangers weaken and the system hangs too low causeing this. Another possiblity is the core of the converter is broken and rattleing, this usually will also make noise when idling.

I notice a rattle under the engine, sounds like exaust manifold? it goes away when I get up to speed-comes back at idle. Any idea?

Yup, on most vehicles there are heat shields attached to the major exhaust components. ie. silencers, cat convertors, mufflers. They are typically spot welded on and are above the unit.

They aslo tend to lose one or two connction points and vibrate and rattle really badly-- sounding much worse than the problem actually is.

In most cases it's perfectly safe to just yank them out.

Exhaust system rattling on 2005 300C. 58,000 miles!

You have a loose heat shield or a broken rubber mount.

jack your car up make sure you put some thing under need like a jack stand ( just for safety) and manually shake your muffler usually rattling noises are cause when metal rubes metal.

Exhaust pipe rattles when car idles. Had muffler

Check the heat shield on the Catalytic Converter, after a few years they start to rust off and rattle. Crawl under the Pathfinder and bang along the Converter and muffler area and see where it's coming from.   Good chances are, it's from the heat shield since you already had everything changed from the Cat back.
Good luck and hope this helps.
