It is glued together, you can pry it, which will break it, attempt to heat up the glue with a heat gun is your best option

2002 mercury sable: noise after shifting into reverse

What kind of noise is it making? If it is a rattle, it could be the transmission pump coming apart inside the valve body. If so, I would take care of it asap! because if it starts to break apart it will fill the transmission and torque converter with little bits of metal and then it will be a nightmare to fix.

Metal rattling/knocking inside passenger exhuast

Could be your catalytic converter. When they are no good sometimes the stuff on the inside breaks apart and rattles around and makes noise.

Sounds like a rattle under the van when stopped or idleing

It is most likely an exhaust heat shield or a catalytic converter that is breaing apart inside. Get underthe van when it has cooled off and "thump" the exhaust with your fist to see if you can locate the rattle. Often, the heat shield welds break where they are attached to the catalytic converter. I have fixed many of them by taking 2 or 3 large screw-type hose clamps and screwing them together to make them long enough to reach all the way around the catalytic converter and tighten them down to stop the rattle. If the noise sounds like it is coming from INSIDE the converter, you will have to replace the catalyst. (or ignore the noise)

2005 Nissan Altima makes rattling/vibration noise

It is possible that you have some timing chain noise, especially if you have the 3.5L engine. The secondary timing chain tensioners on the 3.5 have a known problem, Nissan has issued a service bulletin regarding this and there is an updated part to replace them. It is not a cheap job, but your dealer may give you some "goodwill" depending on your mileage. If you have the 2.5L the problem may a couple of other things...even more serious! They had catalytic converters that came apart and got ingested into the engine, eventually destroying it. Try googling "Altima rattle" and include your engine size in the search. There is a ton of info on the net about noises in these cars.

Front End Rattling in 2006 Pontiac Pursuit

Sounds like a body weld issue ( as this is a unitized body design). Several US GM models prone to this. No real good cure.

The back speaker rattle occasionally. It is worse when on bumpy roads. It rattles loadly when moving shift lever. I checked speakers and connections and they are ok.

if your speaker makes noise when moving the shifter, the you have a speaker wire somewhere thats touching the metal on your truck. I would say do a visual inspection of the wire, probably somewhere under your sterring column, if you can get to it. its probably got a bare spot where the insulation got worn away. or, if its easier for you, just run a new wire from your stereo to that speaker. wither way should fix your problem.
