Ok how is the fuel pressure ,what about the timing,do you have a clean air filter,while it is running move the plug wire to find were the miss is,is your egr valve working good,check your injectors to see if they are clog if you have a miss check that cylinder compression

1. change air filter. 2 check timing. 3 check all fuel lines and connections for leakage. 4. dirty or clogged injectors.

This is very complex system. Best to have it checked by qualified diesel mechanic who has the proper equipment to check out all the systems, that could be related to the problem you are having. Just to start throwing parts at it can become very expensive very fast

There could be many issues. These codes read your engine is running too lean. Check : all your vacuum hoses for leaks, PCV valve and hose, MAF sensor. This may require an experienced technician to figure this out. Hopefully I help'd!!

I Have a 1999 ford f150 4.6 that back fires and is just running really ruff when idling alot of nack fire a sord of like a pulse going on what is my problem?
