Go to advance auto or o'reilly and have them use their hand held diagnostic machine to hook up to your car, and they can tell you what the code is and possibly what the problem is. they do it for free. make sure you get it checked out and don't ignore the check engine light, their is definetly something wrong and they can diagnose it with their machine.
