It's very likely the blowing fuse is not connected with the trouble code. That code might indicate that a replacement ABM was installed when the original one failed or was damaged and it wasn't properly reprogrammed to the vehicle when they put it in.
Is it the "brake" light that comes on or the "ABS" light. If it's ABS they it only indicates the ABS system is not functioning and you have safe regular braking available. If it is the "brake" warning light you need to tow it in for service before they fail and you run into something or someone.
The fuse is going to be a short somewhere in the circuit. That just takes time and a lot of patience to track it down. How many amps is #33 ??

Did you use the correct brake fluid? Did you put custom wheels on your car? Do you have a leak in the brake line? Make sure that the brake boost hose is attached to the air-intake on the top of the engine to the left side. This is a black rubber hose. May be one or more calipers are sticking unnoticed to your braking. check you master cylinder to see if it is working.

This is a very common problem on 1998 dodge caravan, voyager, t and County. You have a cracked circuit board in your instrument cluster. It is a dealer item. You can remove your cluster and install the circuit board yourself to save money but after the install you will have to take the vehicle back to the dealer to have it calibrated before the tach and the speedometer will work.

What do codes P0411, P1000

P1000 code means the codes were cleared or the battery was disconnected
Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Reset Description All OBDII scan tools support the powertrain control module (PCM) reset.
The PCM Reset allows the scan tool to command the PCM to clear all emission-related diagnostic information. When resetting the PCM, a DTC P1000 will be stored in the PCM until all the OBD II system monitors or components have been tested to satisfy a drive cycle, without any other faults occurring. For more information about a drive cycle, refer to Drive Cycles .
The following events occur when a PCM reset is performed:
  • Clears the number of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
  • Clears the DTCs.
  • Clears the freeze frame data.
  • Clears diagnostic monitoring test results.
  • Resets status of the OBD II system monitors.
  • Sets DTC P1000.

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected

neither of these could cause a no start or no crank problem . Is the battery good an do you have good connections on the battery ? Do the headlamps show bright when on ?

I have cadillac deville 2003 my battery reads good but my front fuse panel fuse number eight itpcm/batt keeps poopping car shuts off I am trying to figure out wat is ausing this need hel

This fuse has nothing to do with the battery .
PCM BATT Fuse 10A Powertrain Control Module (PCM), Theft Deterrent Module. That just means it's B+ voltage feed for the PCM an theft module . IT actually supply's B+ voltage too two different feed's for the PCM . Connector 1 terminals 20 & 21 . You have a dead short to ground on one of those feeds or your PCM or theft control module is shorted . If you don't know automotive electrical , I suggest very strongly you take to someone who is !

Where is the OBD terminal on a 95 sable?

The 1995 Sable uses the old OBD l PCM (powertrain control module). It is located under the dash behind the glove compartment. If you are removing the PCM the electrical connector is on the firewall inside the engine compartment. There is a small bolt in the connector that you loosen as the connector is being pulled out. If you are looking for the diagnostic connectors, they are on the passenger side near the firewall, in the engine compartment.

Sport trac cruise control works off and on

First thing , knowing what all is involved in the cruise control system helps
Speed Control The speed control system is designed to maintain vehicle speed between 48 and 200 km/h (30 and 125 mph).
Normally, when the brake pedal is applied, the speed control module deactivates the speed control system. Under increased brake pedal effort, the deactivator switch, a normally closed switch, will open and remove power to the speed control actuator clutch, releasing the throttle independently of the speed control module.

Principles of Operation
The brake pedal position (BPP) switch is normally closed to ground. When the brake pedal is applied with the speed control system engaged, the BPP switch closes (to battery voltage), putting the speed control in stand-by mode.
NOTE: A redundant brake deactivator (BPA) switch is provided as an additional safety feature.
NOTE: The speed control module is integral to the powertrain control module (PCM).
The clockspring provides the electrical interface between the steering column wiring and the speed control switches in the steering wheel.
The inputs to the powertrain control module (PCM) required to operate the speed control system are the:
  • anti-lock brake (ABS) module
  • digital transmission range (TR) sensor
  • speed control deactivator switch
  • speed control switches
  • vehicle speed signal (VSS)
The inputs to the speed control actuator come from the powertrain control module (PCM).
The outputs of the speed control actuator go to the speed control cable controlled throttle position sensor.

Inspection and Verification
  1. Verify the customer concern.
  1. Verify the speedometer operates correctly without using the speed control by test driving the vehicle. If the speedometer does not operate correctly, refer to Section 413-00 .
  1. Verify the stoplamps operate correctly with the ignition switch in the OFF position. If the stoplamps do not operate correctly, refer to Section 417-01 .
  1. Verify the parking brake is not applied and is operating correctly. If the parking brake is not operating correctly, refer to Section 206-00 .
  1. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

  • Speed control cable
  • Throttle lever
  • Speed control actuator
  • Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 40 (15A)
  • Circuitry
  • Powertrain control module (PCM)

  1. If the concern remains after the inspection, connect the diagnostic tool to the data link connector (DLC) and select the vehicle to be tested from the diagnostic tool menu. If the diagnostic tool does not communicate with the vehicle:
    • check that the program card is correctly installed.
    • check the connections to the vehicle.
    • check the ignition switch position.
  1. If the diagnostic tool still does not communicate with the vehicle, refer to the diagnostic tool operating manual.
  1. Carry out the diagnostic tool data link test. If the diagnostic tool responds with:
    • SCP or ISO circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, refer to Section 418-00 .
    • No response/not equipped for PCM, Go To Pinpoint Test A .
    • System passed, retrieve and record the continuous diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), erase the continuous DTCs and carry out the KOEO Test.
  1. If the DTCs retrieved are related to the concern, go to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index to continue diagnostics.
  1. If no DTCs related to the concern are retrieved, proceed to the Symptom Chart to continue diagnostics.
NOTE: DTC P0703 and DTC P1572 must be repaired before any other DTC.
