Question about Citroen C8
Nothing on the steering column works ie lights, indicators horn and the fuse box in the engine bay burn out replaced fuse box n still having the same problem
Definitely there's a short circuit in your wiring harness, I suggest you to check wiring harness starting from the steering column removing it's covers carefully afterwards you can inspect under the dashboard. Also check the wires starting from battery to the fuses and the main harness which goes inside to the dash board area. Definitely you will get an idea where is the fault.

SOURCE: horn wont blow
the problem is the rotating contact that connects the horn to the steering column wiring harness, this part is called the clock-spring contact, u must remove the steering wheel to change the part out.

SOURCE: 2004 Camry horn is not working
check for broken wires the neagative is by the horn button in the steering wheel has air bag ever been replaced in steering wheel if so the wire may have not been plugged in

Usually the wire from the steering wheel is Green w/Red and the wire to the horn from the fuse box is White. There is only one fuse, sometimes shared with the emergency lights. Check to see if there is power to the horn itself with a volt meter.

there should be a fuse under the hood in the engine compartment it looks like a black box it is a relay and there is no way of checking if they are blown unless you replace it....
